In its verdict, dating from May 12th, 1998 (Az 313 O 85 / 98), the Hamburg district court has found that one can be held responsible for the contents of web sites links of which can be found on someone´s own web site. According to the district court, this can only be avoided if the webmaster or webmistress explicitly dissociates him-/ herself from these contents.
Since I am German, and since I live in Germany, I am subject to this verdict. For these reasons, I hereby declare that I have absolutely no influence on external websites whose links can be found on my website.
